Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Policy — Products
- You may return the product within 7 days of receipt
- Product must be in its original condition with complete packaging
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
2. Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt
- Exchange is for a product of the same or higher value, with difference payment
- Product must be in its original condition
3. Cancellation — Services
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the session
- Late cancellation may incur a 25% fee of the service value
- No-show is considered cancellation without notice and may incur full fees
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-14 business days
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
- You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification confirming the refund
